I hope Summer is a delightful season for each of you.
Here’s an update of the yoga classes to continue your summer and to ease you into autumn:
at Trolley Line Vineyards, Saturdays, August 11 and 18, 8 a.m.
birds singing, soft breeze blowing, lingering summer 
at Five & 20 Spirits and Brewing, Sundays, 10 a.m., August 12 and September 2
birds singing, soft breeze blowing, and wine and beer 
at North East Arts Council, Wednesdays, 10 a.m., September 12 thru November 14
Gentle Yoga with the option to use a chair. There is an elevator.
at Super Stitch, Mondays, September 17 thru November 12, 5:30 p.m.
parking in the back, great space with a heated floor 
Classes are 1 hour. Cost varies by location.
