Hello Yoga friends. Hooray for Spring and the glorious return of color and fragrance to the landscape.
Saturday morning yoga class at the North East Arts Council will conclude for the season after May 10, 9:30 a.m.
Saturday mornings will resume at Trolley Line Vineyards LTD, 11480 East Main Road in North East, beginning on June 7, 9:30 a.m. Classes are outdoors, and subject to weather conditions. Class fee is $10
Monday morning Yoga, sponsored by 4 N.I.N.E. continues at the Education Center, 103 Clay Street in North East at 9:30 a.m. Classes are free to the community.
I will be offering classes at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays May 14 and 21 at Faith Lutheran Church, 5414 East Lake Road, Erie PA. Classes are donation based.
I hope you can join for a class, or many of them, and I would love to welcome you for a walk on the farm.

Hello friends!
Hope your Spring has been enlivened with the renewal of color in our world. Loads of blooms all around the farm are sharing beauty and fragrance in the welcome warming of the season.
Yoga classes will resume in the summer at Trolley Line Vineyards beginning Saturday, June 22, at 9:30 a.m. and continue each Saturday through August 10.
$10/class. Classes are outdoors and subject to severe weather cancelation.

Deb will guide gentle yoga and breathwork under the trees next to the pond followed by a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes guided by Danielle. After our movement and sound experience, we will enjoy a mindful walk 👣 through the beautiful vineyards to connect with the land and one another.
