Hello Yoga friends. Hooray for Spring and the glorious return of color and fragrance to the landscape.
Saturday morning yoga class at the North East Arts Council will conclude for the season after May 10, 9:30 a.m.
Saturday mornings will resume at Trolley Line Vineyards LTD, 11480 East Main Road in North East, beginning on June 7, 9:30 a.m. Classes are outdoors, and subject to weather conditions. Class fee is $10
Monday morning Yoga, sponsored by 4 N.I.N.E. continues at the Education Center, 103 Clay Street in North East at 9:30 a.m. Classes are free to the community.
I will be offering classes at 1 p.m. on Wednesdays May 14 and 21 at Faith Lutheran Church, 5414 East Lake Road, Erie PA. Classes are donation based.
I hope you can join for a class, or many of them, and I would love to welcome you for a walk on the farm.

Hello friends!
Hope your Spring has been enlivened with the renewal of color in our world. Loads of blooms all around the farm are sharing beauty and fragrance in the welcome warming of the season.
Yoga classes will resume in the summer at Trolley Line Vineyards beginning Saturday, June 22, at 9:30 a.m. and continue each Saturday through August 10.
$10/class. Classes are outdoors and subject to severe weather cancelation.

Farming for Fitness Yoga Saturday mornings 8 a.m.
OUTDOOR YOGA CLASSES BEGIN SATURDAY, JUNE 13, 8 A.M.
I invite you to join me for yoga on at 8 a.m. Saturday mornings. Classes will be outdoors. There is some shelter from rain and we will adjust to conditions. Our practice will offer the opportunity to connect deeply with the Earth and I welcome you to linger in the sanctuary of Mother Nature. If you linger long enough in the gardens I may find work for you ✌ but I will also encourage you to seek a place for quiet contemplation and rest.
$10/class with labor exchange option – there are always weeds to pull!
