Deb will guide gentle yoga and breathwork under the trees next to the pond followed by a restorative sound bath with crystal singing bowls, gongs and chimes guided by Danielle. After our movement and sound experience, we will enjoy a mindful walk 👣 through the beautiful vineyards to connect with the land and one another. Spring cleaning
Stirring up winter’s leftovers, damp patches where the snow lay and where the mildew lingers. Leaves tossed into the warm wind and a breath of fresh air comes into the ivy.
The smell of the Earth, plants peeking up to promise that blooms will return color to the landscape. I am grateful for my senses and for the blessings of nature
