Saturday yoga at the North East Arts Council: Join us for an hour of practice at 9:30 a.m. each Saturday through January 18. We will stretch, strengthen, and relax as we move through a sequence of yoga postures with the mindful intentions of breath awareness and self-care. Yoga offers tools and techniques that may enhance your daily life. Bring a mat and join the practice! Walk-ins are welcome. Classes are $10/session.

Patio Yoga returns! What a wonderful way to spend a morning… An all-levels yoga class on our outdoor patio in Westfield. Pre-registration is required, please register for the 6/30 class here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/patio-yoga-with-deb-tickets-925309203737

PLEASE NOTE: You must register for the 6/30 class by 6/24 at 5pm in order to get the Over the Rainbow food pairing. (Otherwise your food pairing may be substituted with cheese/crackers). Pre-registration is required.

Start your morning off right with a gentle, easy flow yoga class led by local certified yoga instructor Deb Phillips​, paired with a cold glass of your favorite Five & 20 beer, Mazza Wine, or a cocktail in our picturesque courtyard. No experience required, just a willingness to explore. Please bring your own mat and props. This class will be held under the pavilion so we plan to have class rain or shine! Cost includes a (post-class) glass of beer/wine or cocktail (or voucher to redeem later on) (addition of food TBA). Must be 21 or over to receive alcoholic beverage, under 21 will receive mocktail or sparkling grape juice in lieu of beer/wine. (Registration is encouraged but walk-ins are allowed, walk-in price is slightly higher.) Spend the day with us! Stick around after class for a Sunday Sesh plus food truck!
