Saturday morning Yoga

Saturday yoga has returned to the North East Arts Council. Join us for an hour of practice at 9:30 a.m. each Saturday through January 18. We will strength, strengthen, and relax as we move through a sequence of yoga postures with the mindful intentions of breath awareness and self-care. Yoga offers tools and techniques that may enhance your daily life. Bring a mat and join the practice! Walk-ins are welcome. Classes are $10/session.
